Hey people, I’m Sarah Jennings, a financial analyst and the proud owner of exactly 47 piggy banks. I’m from Colorado and work as a team lead at one of the many IT firms here. I wouldn’t say I love my job (or rather, my company), but I do love tackling financial problems. Whenever something complicated comes up, I make sure to research it and find a solution. That’s how I got to the position I’m in today (minor flex). I literally learned my way up.

Right from my childhood, I was kind of fascinated by money. How, you may ask? Let me tell you. Have you guys seen Instagram reels where kids choose money over toys? I was one of those kids. My mom says that the clink-clank sound the piggy bank made literally brought a smile to my face. I was onto something there, right?

Enough reminiscing, let’s move on to the present. So, just like how my piggy banks overflow with cash, so does my knowledge of finance (I guess…). I’ve spent a good amount of time browsing and learning, and now I want to make that process easier for others.

Another reason I started this was because I wanted to turn the time I spent doomscrolling into something productive. Call me selfish, I wouldn’t care less. I have a selfish plus selfless motive. So don’t waste your time, go ahead and explore my blogs.
